Vertebral Artery Aneurysm Clipping

54 year old lady became sudden unconscious since morning she had previous complaint of frequent severe headache episodes. CT cerebral angiography showed left PICA (Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery) Aneurysm with sub arachanoid hemorrhage. Patient was immediately taken for surgical clipping of aneurysm. Patient improved neurologically and was discharged after ten days. During follow up in OPD patient was doing her routine daily work
